Lema brings to the company extensive experience in bringing multiple enterprising applications to market. His experience includes product development, product redesign, intellectual property creation, go-to-market strategies and engineering implementation.

Throughout his career, Lema served in a number of top level positions including Research and Development Director for AutoTradeCenter; VP of Technology for SOSY Inc; Chief Software Architect for QuantumShift; and VP of Product Development for ICE Wireless. He also serves as a co-applicant on two US patent applications for decision science and artificial intelligence innovations.
Lema operates from Emphasys Software’s Bay Area office in Livermore, California and oversees product development and launch for the company. He holds a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Berkeley and concentrated MBA coursework in marketing at the New York Institute of Technology.
