Emphasys Support

Emphasys Support agents available to help with any software or technical questions and concerns you may have regarding your Emphasys products. They are ready to serve your needs, Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. ET. (Not all agents are available at all times. Availability varies by product.)

There are several ways to contact Support. Choose the one that best fits your needs:
  • Telephone. Call (800) 349-0575 to reach Support if you have a question.
  • Fax. Fax Support at *. When a fax is received, an agent will attach it to the appropriate ticket.
  • E-mail. Support issues sent to will be entered into our Ticket system.
  • Live Chat Support. Our live support feature gives you quick solutions to issues where a ticket may not be needed. A Support agent can chat with you immediately online and launch a remote desktop sharing session to view your desktop if necessary.
  • After Hours. Emergency assistance is available after normal business hours. There may be an after hours charge for this service. Call (800) 968-6884 and follow the system prompts to access our emergency service.
