Having said this, we are proud to have formed a strategic partnership with a leading provider of application and database lifecycle management solutions: Embarcadero Technologies®, Inc.

At the end of 2003, we formed a partnership with Embarcadero, a leading provider of application and database lifecycle management solutions. As part of the agreement, we will use Embarcadero® DT/Studio® as our data integration solution. Emphasys will sub-license Embarcadero DT/Studio and will embed its functionality as part of our overall solution to provide customers with business intelligence applications that enable deep analysis and performance improvement. As a combined solution, we will sell Emphasys products and Embarcadero DT/Studio.
